Charges brought for Sheboygan house explosion
A Sheboygan house explosion Aug. 1 was intentionally set off by a woman who was inside the house at the time of the explosion, injuring herself and endangering three police officers who were outside, according to allegations detailed in a criminal complaint filed Monday, Aug. 7.
