Felony charged for suspended license fatality

Nathan D. Heitzmann, a 23-year-old Sheboygan man who police say was knowingly driving with a suspended license, has been charged with a felony for his involvement in a multiple-vehicle crash which killed a four-year old Sheboygan girl Apr. 12.

Nearly a year after Wisconsin’s 19th century ban against nearly all abortions went back into effect last summer, oral arguments in the lawsuit seeking to strike it down were heard May 4 in Dane County Circuit Court.
