Devon J. Barton, age 19, of Sheboygan Falls faces three felony charges of attempting to flee or elude an officer for what prosecutors say were three separate runs from police vehicles on a motorcycle, at times exceeding 100 mph, in and around the City of Sheboygan on Mar. 26.
