What do you think about Sheboygan County’s roadside herbicide spraying program?

In the July 28 edition of The Beacon, we reported the results of our investigation that showed the Sheboygan County Transportation Department has not done any safety review, and provided little public notice for its herbicide spraying program that now covers most county roadsides.

What's your opinion on their spraying program?

It's ok - continue it as is.

Continue the program but require advance public notice about specific areas it is spraying.

Stop the program until an independent environmental and safety review is completed.

Go back to only spot-spraying specific trouble-spots for invasives.

End the program entirely.
