A 25-year-old Sheboygan woman is in custody with cash bond set at $2,000,000 for multiple felony charges for a Sept. 4 incident where she allegedly drove off the cliff on the eastern end of North Ave., Sheboygan going 85 mph, resulting in the death of a passenger.
