Sheboygan A’s release schedule

The Sheboygan A’s baseball schedule is out, and it all gets started the weekend of May 21-22 in the Play Ball Tournament.

The A’s will host three games on Saturday, with the final day of the tournament taking place the Sunday in Manitowoc. Teams for the tournament are still being finalized.

The club then will have a week off before welcoming the Chicago Rippers to Sheboygan for a four-game set May 28-29 in non-league play.

Northeastern Wisconsin Baseball League (NEWBL) play opens up on May 25 on the road against Kewaskum, while the Wisconsin State League (WSL) opener will be May 31 against the Greater Green Bay Blue Ribbons in Green Bay.

The annual Wisconsin State League challenge, a weekend where all WSL teams converge on Sheboygan for regular-season games takes place June 11-12 at Wildwood Park and Field of Dreams.

The A’s will also once again be participating in the Wisconsin Amateur Baseball Classic June 23-26 (that schedule is yet to be announced).

The 2022 NEWBL Classic Tournament will take place the week of July 24th. All A’s games will be on the road that week as Wildwood Park hosts the Wisconsin American Legion State Tournament.

The A’s end the season in the Wisconsin State League Qualifier for the Wisconsin Class A State Tournament, taking place the first week of August.
