After going virtual last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Love INC of Sheboygan County is holding its fourth annual Living Out Love event in its original in-person format Saturday, Oct. 23, at The Bull at Pinehurst Farms in Sheboygan Falls.

The dinner auction event, which is designed to engage Love INC’s mission to help partnered churches help people of all Christian denominations throughout Sheboygan County, will feature a live auction, raffle baskets, games, mystery prizes, a short program, signature cocktails and dinner featuring seared salmon, stuffed pork tenderloin and mushroom risotto.

In addition, an online silent auction will also be made available for those that would like to participate in the event virtually.

The fundraiser is designed to benefit Love INC Ministries.

“2021 has been a year for us to rebuild and renew our commitment to assisting people in the midst of life’s challenges,” Love INC of Sheboygan County Executive Director Tandra Sbrocco said. “We have focused on training and equipping our staff and volunteers so that our ministries showcase the love and compassion of God. Through our partnership of 41 local churches and over 200 volunteers, Love INC of Sheboygan County has the ability to listen to each person’s situation in order to discern the root causes of a problem.

“Together, we are committed to growing and adapting our programs to meet the emotional and spiritual needs of our community, while also providing products, services and education that promote self-reliance through personal relationships,” she said. “We believe in the value and potential for each individual because all of us are made in the image of our glorious God. We unite churches across denominational lines to uplift people—one relationship at a time. Whether you want to learn a Biblical approach to finances, relationships, nutrition,or life in general or you want to give your time and talents to walk beside others, Love In the Name of Christ is here for you.”

Love INC of Sheboygan County, which is one of 157 Love In The Name of Christ (INC) affiliates in the United States, was initially formed out of a faith-based vision team established at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Sheboygan Falls in 2010.

Officially launched in 2013, Love INC of Sheboygan County’s mission is to help partnered churches help people in ways that change their lives to move towards a life reaching full potential.

“Love INC is committed to the dignity and well-being of all people in our community by providing services that promote self-reliance through personal relationships, spiritual growth and education,” Sbrocco said.

“Together, we multiply our impact and increase empowerment for all through Jesus Christ.

“Following Jesus Christ’s example, we equip our partner churches and volunteers to offer life changing opportunities focused on relationships filled with dignity and love,” she said. “We are uniting churches to uplift people facing life’s challenges – one relationship at a time.”

Love INC, which moved its office from Sheboygan to 807 Forest Ave. in Sheboygan Falls in August 2018, offers an opportunity for community members to connect with caring individuals who model Christian beliefs through all interactions.
