HEAVY EXCAVATING AND ROUTE-CLEARING EQUIPMENT is slowly moving through Sheboygan County as the Wisconsin Public Service Corporation constructs a replacement gas line from Chilton to Sheboygan Falls. Included are regulator stations and miles of pipes.  Station site work began in March.  The main started in early October.
