Todd M. Hartzheim, a 56-year-old Sheboygan Falls man who allegedly resisted sheriff’s deputies’ efforts to remove him from the midst of a house fire that he started, sending two officers to the hospital for significant smoke inhalation, was charged Dec. 22 with felony arson and five other crimes.
