Craft store opens in Memorial Plaza

Two retail spaces located in Memorial Plaza on Wilgus Avenue in Sheboygan have undergone major changes. One will be occupied by craft store Michaels, which was on target for a July 19 soft opening, and the other is available for another retailer.
