ELKHART LAKE – The 35th annual VSCDA Vintage Festival will take place in September, with a few modifications.

The Village Board Monday approved the request for the annual show Sept. 18-20 at Road America and The Osthoff Resort, but without allowing a police escort for the car parade from the track to the resort.
