The Polencheck family out of Glidden are good buds of mine and have been for about 25 years. We try to do something at least once a year, and this time it was two days of ice fishing, eating good food and giving each other a hard time.

Amy Sittman has been a welder, she’s lived in Alaska, and most recently worked for a bit in New Jersey and New York.
There’s nothing quite like home, however, and Sittman moved back to Sheboygan about two years ago.
North wins another state dance title
Danielle Callahan called it North’s redemption year.
After taking fourth at the State Dance Championships last season, the coach says her six seniors were really hungry to compete.
Whatever the Golden Raiders ate, it worked.

Lily Chapman has been coach of South’s Dance Team for three years, and the Redwings have gone to state every time.
Brigham is 8th girl at Lutheran to get 1,000
Lutheran’s Taylor Brigham scored her 1,000th point Thursday against Ozaukee – on Senior Night – to become the eighth girl at her school to accomplish the feat.
Lloyd is 2nd girl at South to get 1,000
South’s Alayna Lloyd became just the second girl at her school to score 1,000 points.
