Resource Center adds refugee, literacy classes to array of services

Although its English language classes for recently arrived Rohingya refugees and booming workplace literacy programs are among its newest, the Family Resource Center of Sheboygan County provides such an array of ongoing services – at so many different sites – that its reach may well be more broad than most lo- cal residents realize.
